n  2+1 or 1+1+1 for the Public Policy Program

       Subjects include: Public Management, Policy Design and Implementation Ideas in Politics, Governance, Executive Internship


n  2+1 or 1.5 +1+1 or 1+1+1 for the EMA (Executive Master of Arts) program


Brings together social engagement and ethical leadership with real-world skills and is designed for graduates who wish to undertake leadership roles in the 21st century.

Developed in consultation with employers. Covers areas such as professional communication, leadership, people management, financial management and budgeting, and project management methodology.

Participate in an internship experience aimed at providing valuable professional experience and an opportunity to extend professional networks.

Admission Requirements

n  Minimum entrance requirement: an undergraduate degree with a grade average of H2A (75%) or above.

n  English Language requirements: IELTS 6.5 (with no band less than 6.0) OR TOEFL equivalent.

n  Students with an IELTS score of 6 may be offered a conditional place, based on successful completion of the Hawthorn English Language Bridging Program

Scholarships And Financial Assistance

    Five Deans Scholarships:

n  4 x 50% fee remission discounts, awarded to high-achieving students, based on academic merit.

n  1 x 25% fee remission discount, awarded to a high-achieving student, based on academic merit

n  Three Hawthorn English Language Centre Awards:

n  100% fee remission, awarded to high-achieving students, who have an IELTS of 6 and high academic merit.
